Check the inbox for the email address used at checkout. Search for VidMage and the payment date. Also check spam or other filtered folders.
Keep the receipt or payment reference with your records.
Request a receipt or invoice

Include the purchase date, amount, currency, and receipt reference if you have them. Explain what document you need and any billing details it should contain.
Check a payment that is missing from your account
First check that you used the same login method as the account you purchased with. Email login and Google login are treated as different accounts.
If you are in the correct account, contact support with the payment reference and the account details needed to locate the purchase.
Check the document you receive
Check the purchase amount, date, currency, and billing details on the receipt or invoice. If anything needs correcting, reply to support with the specific correction.
